Their kitchen, dining room and living room form an open space, which bustles with family life and laugh of their son. As you can see their favourite colours are white, grey and they appreciate classic design and light. Together with Ignacy they like to build, assemble, paint and draw. Cardboard is now a favourite material to invent various family games.
Child’s room is also simple and minimal. Wooden floor warms the interior as well as the book collection and toys. Favourite Ignacy toys are : wooden vehicles, wooden figures of animals and red wooden car parking. Rafa-kids R toddler bed in white fits perfectly into this modern space and is covered with planty of soft toys. What a wonderful sleeping corner for a little boy….

Sloane’s modern room
Today I would like to invite you to discover a little girl’s room in Utah, US. Her name is Sloane and she turned 4 few months ago. Her mom’s name is Becky Kimball , happy mama of tree, lifestyle photographer and an occasional blogger. As you can see , she has an aye for a sleek modern furniture designs. Rafa-kids F bunk bed took a central role in the space with very cool accessories and smaller furniture around. A perfect contemporary clean look of a child’a space! We really like the contrasting green rug, different textures and colours together. If you have a smaller room and limited space a loft bed will create an extra space underneath to play. We are so happy to see this little brave girl climbing her new bed and taking the adventure to sleep so high. That’s so cool, isn’t it?
We are glad to see this modern room featured in the Littlepeanutmagazine winter issue.

Petit-Bateau - 120 years
Can you imagine a company which is producing a basic cotton underwear for 120 years? Well, HATS OFF - here comes French Petit-bateau. Late congratulations to this amazing brand, because in April 2016 they had celebrated their over 100 years in the making of clothes.
Their production still takes place in Troyes France, the hometown of the company. We have to imagine, that many things changed and evaluated in all this years, an there were up and downs for sure. From an only for children brand, they now serve a truly multigenerational garments for adults, children and babies. Petit-bateau new store concept and identity is taken from bold colours of the brand’s origins – to the pure white of the cotton fabric combined with the midnight blue of the sea. White was put at the heart of all the brand’s communications such as the logo, stores and packaging materials. I absolutely adore their chic aesthetic, using the finest quality cotton to create timeless staples. From the famous yellow raincoat and soft knitwear to classic breton. Petit-bateau. defiantly know how to bring the basic style into so much fun and enjoyment!
and did you know? “ In 1994, Petit Bateau becomes a fashionable brand thanks to the fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld. Indeed for a fashion show, he dressed the model Claudia Schiffer with a Petit Bateau T-shirt under a Chanel suit. So a lot of women went to the stores to buy these T-shirts originally created for children.

Rafa-kids & Chispum stickers
Rafa-kids is not afraid of colours!
I know that our kids love colour a lot, so that’s why we created this fresh and stylish room with a splash of red and yellow.….but first, I would like to tell you how it all started.
One of the greatest part of attending a trade show for a company is the opportunity to meet other creative colleagues. When Rafa-kids took part in Maison&Object in September, one of the new brands to us was Chispum from Spain. They offer playful stickers for home. We like to collaborate and invite new products into Rafa-kids world! Here you can see our selection from Chispum: Walk on the other site and an amazing sticker which is so easy to put on the floor for endles play - Infantil Carreteras en la Ciudad.
Do you like our Rafa-kids R toddler bed in natural wood finish in this white base room with splash of colour? We think that this way wood furniture gets a fresh contemporary look. We also absolutely adore other classic furniture as the red chairs from Casalino from 70’s. Our new XL shelf is used in a creative corner for toddlers, and you can easily personalise it with your own treasuries. And last but not least, the best ever Blabla kids softies, now available at Rafa-kids - Panda, Unicorn and Dog.
We hope this room cheers up your Monday!
Let’s start a new week with a positive vibe.

new collection : Ferm Living and LuckyBoySunday
The summer holiday season comes to an end. At the same time it is very exited moment for brands to launch their new season products in the interior deco sector. I selected today two of my favourite ones, Ferm Living and LuckyBoySunday, accidentally coming from Denmark. Their modern, minimalist aesthetic is a reason I follow their work almost from the beginning.
Ferm Living has for us a beautiful new collection with the characteristic graphic touch, lovely blue and mustard tons. It’s one of the very simple ways to refresh a room with few new pillows or a new bedding. LuckyBoySunday, known for their very original softies, are coming this season with 4 new designs! and also there are new rugs ready to play with, in kids’ rooms. I enjoy their work a lot and I’m glad they make such a high quality and well designed products for our little ones.
