Welcome our new WHITE toddler bed which is coming soon as LIMITED EDITION

A week ago we had a pleasure to welcome in our Rafa-kids’ studio the talented Paulina Arcklin, who made these amazing styling/photos for Moshi Moshi kids company from Spain. It was such a wonderful day spent together : working , laughing and creating many inspiring rooms for our little ones…
The first room I would like to show you, is this  WHITE , soft and delicate room with R toddler bed in plain white. There was so many customers asking for it, that we could not say no any more….They were right!  The bed is absolutely fresh and beautiful. We can’t take our eyes from it.

If you read my previous post about the hanging chairs…well I got one for my birthday! only one problem is, that now my boys occupy it at home. When my 4 years old son saw this pictures , he was asking me - where is this room mom ? I want to have this room!
well - that’s the biggest compliment we could get.

Give the furniture second life - Secondalinea

We are so much into finishing our Rafa-kids studio at the moment.
Every day we would like to go and do something out there. We see that we're almost there.

When I saw this simple, raw and full of space, studio of Francesca Danna Costa and Giovanni Mazza, I was in love. You don't need so many things to create character and beauty, if the space have a soul already, I think. This italian studio Secondalinea is giving second life to old furniture, some of them you see on the photos: re-used wood, old industrial pieces and a lot of space to breathe. I really could work there!
Photo's are from Secondalinea blog made by photographer - Fabrizio Cicconi.

Secondalinea studio you can also find in the May ELLE Desoration NL.

Rafa-kids future studio and showroom.

This year will be very special for Rafa-kids, because we will open our own STUDIO and SHOWROOM
We grabbed a chance to rent a spot in Hofbogen. This old structure is "the longest building in Holland" giving home to many creative people. It has this great industrial atmosphere with big windows and concrete floor. We got the keys in December but we are just starting the rebuilding and preparation to open the doors in Spring. That's why there is a ladder in this post ;-) I will pain a lot the coming weeks and clean, after the boys will finish to demolish the walls…. I just can't stop looking for the inspiration of studios/show rooms, mostly very simple  - all the pictures are from my pinterest page.  1/ 2/  3
